脑瘤患者十二原穴体表导电量的变化与脏腑经络相关性观察

Observing the Changes in the Electric Conduction Quantity of the Twelve Yuan Points and Their Relationship with the Internal Organs and Meridians in Brain Tumor Patients

目的:观察脑瘤病人原穴体表导电量的变化规律,及其穴位电特性在反映人体生理病理变化方面的相关性。方法:使用"第五代经络能量分析仪",对116例脑瘤病人和60例健康人十二经原穴的体表导电量进行检测。结果:正常人双侧经络电阻抗具有对称性,表里经比较也无显著性差异;脑瘤患者左右、表里原穴总体导电量均失衡,十二经脉失衡率高于健康组,脾经、肝经、胃经、小肠经左右失衡具有显著性差异(P<0.05),各组表里比较均呈失衡状态。结论:左右和表里双侧经络阻抗失衡与疾病有相关性,其与疾病的特异相关性有待于进一步深入研究和证实。

Objectives： To observe the superficial conductive volume changes of Encephaloma patients＇ Yuan-Source Points before operation and the correlation between physiology and pathology with electric characteristic of the acupoints. Methods： 116 Encephaloma cases and 60 healthy cases were tested with ＂Meridian Energy Analysis Device 5.06＂ to measure the superficial conductive volume of twelve Yuan-Source Points. Results ： The symmetry characteristic of left-right meridians＇ electric resistance exists in normal people, and the comparison of exterior-interior meridians is no significant difference; the whole conductive volumes of Encephaloma patients＇ left-right and exterior-interior Yuan-Source Points are both out of balance. The ratio of unbalanced meridians are more than the normal group, and the left-right electric resistance of the meridian of spleen, liver, stomach and small intestine are significantly unbalanced （P 〈 0.05）, and the each group of exterior-interior points is all out of balance. Conclusion：There is correlation between the unbalanced electric resistance of left-right and exterior-interior meridians with disease, but the specific correlation with disease need to be researched and confirmed more further.
