摘要
测定河南某选煤厂煤泥水在不同pH值下,加入4种凝聚剂(氯化钙、硫酸镁、硫酸铝、氯化铁)的沉降效果。结果表明,pH值对煤泥水的凝聚沉降效果存在影响,并且对于不同类型的凝聚剂来说,pH值对它们沉降煤泥水的影响规律是一致的,即在其它条件相同的情况下,酸性条件下的煤泥水比碱性条件下的煤泥水凝聚沉降效果好。但是就上清液的澄清度来看,在煤泥水为碱性时,氯化钙、硫酸镁的效果比在煤泥水为酸性时好。而硫酸铝和氯化铁的效果则相反。
Four metallic minerals (CaCl2, MgSO4, Al2 (SO4 )3 and FeCl3 ) used respectively as coagulant in coal slurry under different pH, their effect on the settling efficiency was investigated by sedimentation experiment. It was indicated that the pH value had an influence on the setting effect. The effect regularity, that was acidic conditions were better than those in alkaline conditions, was identical for these different coagulants. But as far as the clarity of supernatant was concerned, it was better in alkaline conditions than those in acidic conditions when CaCl2 and MgSO4 and were used respectively, however, it was opposite when Al2 (SQ)3 and FeCl3 were used.
