Experimental research on flotation of a copper ore in Qinghai province

摘要 试验的原样含Cu 1.38%,TFe 40.66%,TS 38.58%,Co 0.05%。主要金属矿物黄铁矿、黄铜矿、闪锌矿和磁铁矿等。根据原矿性质及现场流程,本次试验对"二粗三精二扫"浮选流程做了详细的选矿试验研究,最终获得铜精矿品位16.75%,回收率79.95%,该指标比较理想。 The raw ore sample adopted in this test mainly contained metal minerals of pyrite, copper pyrites, zinc blende,magnetite and so on including 1.38% lcopper,40.66% ferrum,38.58% sulphur and 0.05% cobalt. According to raw ore behaviour and existing production process flow, the flotation flow of two-stage roughing, three - stage cleaning and two-stage scavenging were investigated in detail. Finally obtained a copper concentrate of 16.75% Cu with a recovery of 79.95%. These separation indexes are satisfactory.
