摘要
运用基于颗粒动理学理论的欧拉一欧拉气固多相流模型,考虑颗粒自旋转运动对颗粒碰撞能量交换和耗散的影响,并数值模拟CFB内气固颗粒两相流动特性。结果表明,颗粒的自旋转使得流化床内更容易形成气泡,颗粒浓度分布变化增大。颗粒自旋转运动导致床内非均匀结构更明显。
A compact CFB boiler of China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation is faced with wear badly of waterwall. After installing multistage anti-wear device, well anti-wear effect is obtained. But operation parameters, bed temperature and so on change slightly. By optimizing, bed temperature is reduced and thermal economy is improved.
