摘要 针对现有生化分析仪中取样装置与搅拌装置因分开而造成全自动生化分析仪布局复杂,结构繁琐,不利于生化分析仪的集成化和小型化等问题,提出混合/进样器一体化设计方法,设计了一种具有混合功能的自动进样系统。本论文采用手动移液器及双级活塞的原理,实现了样品的精确提取、试剂与样品的均匀混合等功能集成。通过对该进样系统的进样重复性试验,得出系统误差补偿方法。最后测试结果表明,系统进样重复性<1.5%,满足生化分析需求。 Due to the separation of the mixer and sampler, the layout and structure of automatic biochemistry analyzer was complex. A method of integrated design of mixer and sampler has been proposed in this paper. At the same time a new type of automatic sampling system with mixing function for micro automatic biochemical analyzer has been designed in order to meet micro and high - accuracy requirements of automatic biochemical analyzing system. It is a precision micro - injection system with the mixing function. Based on manual pipette and the principle of double - stage piston, the system can sample automatically and acutately. Then the sampler and reagent was completely mixed by the same system. Error compensation curve obtained by the sampling - repeatability. Experiments showed that the sampling - repeatability was less than 1.5%.
