摘要
研究了电壁炉用贯流风机的流场。数值比较了不同进风口曲线(直线、圆弧和折线)下贯流风机的压力场、速度场和流线分布,并对风机出风口处的仿真速度和实验速度进行了比较,证明了计算流体力学(Computational F lu id Dynam ics,CFD)方法对贯流风机数值仿真的正确性,并得到不同收敛精度下进风口曲线形状对风机性能的影响,为电壁炉用贯流风机优化设计奠定了基础。
Flow field of cross flow fans in the electric fireplace system is researched in this paper. Distributions of pressure field, velocity field and path lines of cross flow fans are numerically contrasted in the different air inlet curves ( straight line, arc and polygonal line). Simulation velocity and experimental velocity of air outlet are compared in the different air in|et curves, which proves the validity of the CFD ( Computational Fluid Dynamics) method in this paper used for numerical simulation of cross flow fans. And the effect of different air inlet curves on performance of cross Flow Fans with different converging precisions is concluded. This lays a foundation for the optimization design of the cross flow fans in the electric fireplace system.
