A Method Based on the MATLAB Image Treatment Technology to Obtain the Cleaning Efficiency

摘要 针对目前在测算真空吸尘车吸尘效率的过程中,普遍存在人为干扰因素及劳动强度大等问题,提出一种基于MATLAB图像均匀化处理、图像阀值化方法以及图像面积提取技术的测算吸尘效率的新方法,并通过实验证明,应用MATLAB图像处理技术可以快速、高效地获取吸尘效率。 In the process of cleaning efficiency calculation of vacuum cleaner, factors such as human disturbance are hard to be excluded effectively and the calculation work is labor-intensive. For cleaning efficiency calculation of vacuum cleaner a new approach, based on the MATLAB image average processing, image threshold method and image area abstract technology is presented. The experiment result shows that the MATLAB Image Treatment Technology can greatly improve the effectiveness and accuracy of cleaning efficiency calculation for vacuum cleaner.
