摘要
运用加速溶剂萃取(ASE)法提取百合中的有效成分,浓缩制得百合浸膏,采用热裂解-气相色谱/质谱联用技术(Py-GC/MS)在450、600、750、900℃下分析其热裂解产物,并与其挥发性成分进行比较,共鉴定出挥发性成分50种,大多具有特殊的香味;百合浸膏在600℃以下的裂解产物主要为醛和醇类;在750℃以上时,裂解产物中出现少数对人体有害的物质,如甲苯、邻苯二酚。卷烟加香试验表明:百合浸膏能够改善卷烟抽吸吸味的刺激性,添加量为0.05%时效果最好。
Accelerate Solvent Extraction (ASE) was used to extract effective components from I.ily and concrete was obtained by concentrating. The on-line Pyrolysis Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrum (Py-GC/MS) was used to analyze its parolysis products at 450, 600, 750, 900℃, and compared with the volatile components. The results were: about 50 kinds of volatile components were identified, most of them have a special flavor type; the pyrolysate of Lily concrete below 600 ℃ mainly aldehydes and alcohols, above 750℃ some substances which were harmful for human were appeared,such as toluene and pyrocatechol. Tobacco flavoring test showed: Lily concrete in tobacco could reduce irritation.
