摘要
采用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器法对化妆品中19种激素残留量进行了测定。样品用甲醇提取后,经HLB固相萃取小柱净化,用C8高效液相色谱柱、二极管阵列检测器,对化妆品中19种激素残留量的测定可取得满意的结果。该方法样品平均加标回收率为88.23%~106.16%,相对标准偏差为0.24%~3.55%;化妆品中19中激素残留检出限为0.47mg/kg~2.38mg/kg。
A HPLC-DAD Method for determination of 19 hormones residues in cosmetics was studied. The samples were extracted by methyl alcohol. The extractants were cleaned up on HLB SPE column and separated with C8 high performance liquid chromatography columns, detected with DAD. The average recoveries between 88.23% and 106.16%, relative standard deviations between 0.24% and 3.55% were obtained for spiked samples. The method detection limits were 0.47 mg/kg-2.38 mg/kg.
