摘要 采用电弧熔炼法成功制备了CoSi_2合金,利用Rietveld结构精修法研究了该合金的晶体结构.精修结果表明CoSi_2晶体属于立方晶系,空间群Fm-3m,晶胞参数α=0.5367 nm.电化学容量和循环寿命测试发现CoSi_2合金经过活化后其电化学容量最大达到176.4 mAh/g,循环稳定性较好.对CoSi_2合金电极的电化学反应机理进行了探讨. CoSi2 alloy was successful synthesized by arc melting method, and the crystal structure of CoSi2 alloy were studied by Rietveld refinement. CoSi2 crystals with a cubic struc- ture in space group Fm-3m, cell parameters a=0.5367nm. Electrochemical discharge capacity and cycle life were tested, it showed that the maximum discharge capacity of CoSi2 alloy after activation was 176.4 mAh/g, and it had good cycle stability. Electrochemical reaction mechanism of CoSi2 alloy electrode were discussed through cyclic voltammetry test.
