高等院校布局与大学生区域流动

Regional Distribution of Colleges and Regional Flow of College Students

本文考察了我国现有高等院校布局的基本情况,并结合大学生区域流动,分析由此所引发的影响人才流动状况。研究发现:高等院校的区域布局不仅会影响当地学生接受高等教育机会的可能性和公平性,而且还会影响当地经济发展以及人才供给。为此本文提出,应充分重视高等院校布局在带动区域经济发展中的作用,在进行高等院校布局调整尤其是新建高等学校时,充分考虑人才流动方向。

The paper analyzes the basic conditions of regional distribution of Chinese colleges and the talent flow based on the regional flow of college students and the distribution of colleges. The results show that regional distribution of colleges influences not only the possibility and equity of obtaining higher education for local students, but also the supply of human capital in local labor market. So the paper puts forward that we should emphasize the function of regional distribution of colleges in regional economic development and consider the direction of talent flow in adjusting regional distribution of colleges, especially in building new colleges.
