摘要
应用叶片离析和石蜡制片技术,对澳洲坚果10个品种的叶结构特征进行观察描述,并测定了叶片厚度、气孔密度、栅栏组织及海绵组织厚度等结构参数。结合10个品种抗寒性的前期研究分析认为:叶片厚度、SR和CTR等指标与澳洲坚果抗寒性关系不大,而叶片组织结构的上表皮厚度及其角质层厚度、气孔密度和叶脉突起度等指标与抗寒性关系密切,认为气孔密度小、叶片表皮及角质层厚大和叶脉突起度大是抗寒性强的性状,反之则是抗寒性弱的表现。
The structural characteristics of leaves of 10 macadamia cuhivars were observed by using epidermal maceration and paraffin methods, and the leaf tissue parameters such as leaf thickness, stoma density, stockade tissue thickness and sponge tissue thickness were measured. Some parameters such as leaf thickness, spongy ratio and cell tense ratio, did not showed much effect on cold resistance of macadamia, whereas other parameters such as epicuticula, horny layer thickness, vein protuberant degree, stoma density were closely related with the cold resistance of macademia cultivars. It is believed that higher epicuticula, horny layer thickness and vein protuberant degree and low stoma density in leaves of macadamia euhivars are characteristic of cold resistance in macadamia, or vice versa.
