Introduces the development status of technology transfer and competitive technological intelligence. According to the process of technology transfer, this paper analyzes the information resources and the mechanism of information and flow in technology transfer activities. Analyzing the function of competitive technological intelligence in the process of technology transfer and bringing forward some suggestions about how competitive technological intelligence can serve technology transfer from the aspects of consciousness, organization, products and service systems.
