A Strategy of Selecting Team Members and an Empirical Research Based on the Strength of Strong Ties Theory

摘要 以社会网络分析中的强联系优势理论为基础,运用最小二乘法,通过对人际网络节点的个人能力和人际关系能力两个维度的分析,提出一种团队成员构成选择策略。同时,在VC6.0平台基础上设计了一套数据处理分析软件。通过该软件对一个实际组织进行实证研究。最后运用模糊综合评判法对结果进行验证,证明该策略所得结果是可靠的,可为组织的人力资源配置与团队的优化提供重要手段。 Based the strength of strong ties theory in social network analysis, the paper sets up an optimal strategy in a team by using least squares method through the network node of personal ability and interpersonal ability of these two-dimensional analysis. At the same time, this paper designs a data-processing analysis software in the basic platform on VC 6.0 using this method. At last, the authors use fuzzy integrated evaluation to prove this method and the result is correct, which provides an important methord for configuration of human resources and team' s optimization.
