摘要
针对目前我国档案信息化服务中存在的共建共享组织不力、信息开发层次低和服务理念落后的问题,通过档案知识门户概念的提出与优势介绍,指出建立档案知识门户是我国档案信息化服务的突破方向。最后通过对包含知识基础层、应用功能层和用户界面层的档案知识门户体系架构的设计与功能实现,为档案知识门户建设实践提供指导。
Considering the problems of our country＇s archives informative service which contain lack of organization in co-construction and resource sharing, low information development level and outmoded service concept, the paper proposes that building archives knowledge portal will be the direction of making progress, based on the introduction of the advantages of archives knowledge portal and the proposition of the concept of archives knowledge portal. At last, to provide guidance for the practice of building an archives knowl- edge portal, the paper designs the architecture of it which contains the knowledge base layer, the applicational function layer the user interface layer and the implementation of it＇ s function.
