摘要
前人曾利用地理信息系统技术(GIS)解决了多伦多市公园分布是否合理的问题.本文对其解决方案中方便性划分方法和判别方法进行了改进,即方便性划分方法采用最近距离作为划分居民区距公园远近的指标,判别方法采用贫困且离公园远的人口数占贫困总人口的比例大于富裕且离公园远的人口数占富裕总人口的比例作为判断公园分布不合理的标准.
Using geographic information systerm,some scholars have solved the promble of whether the distribution of Toronto city parks is rational. This paper improves the convenience compartmentation method and the differentiation method in their project. Use the nearest distance to judge whether an EA is far from or near to parks. Use the condition,that the ratio of the population of the poverty far away from parks and the total poverty population is larger than the ratio of the wealthy far away from parks and the total wealthy population, as the judgement of unrational parks distribution.
