摘要
空间分析是GIS的最大特色,具有强大的空间建模和分析功能.在地产投资区位的选择中,利用ArcGIS软件的空间分析(Spatial Analyst)模块,进行住宅地产投资区位选择的主要影响因素分析,得出投资区位适宜性成果图.选取重庆北碚区为例,对其应用方法和过程作一介绍,为其他地区提供借鉴和参考.
This paper mainly analyzes the main influencing factors of the residential real estate investment location selection in the new part of Beibei City,Chongqing,with the theory of GIS （Geographical Information System） and the main technical tool of ArcGIS Spatial Analyst software module. At last,we can get the suitability forecast result （from year 2006 to 2020） of the residential real estate investment location selection in the new part of Beibei City,chongqing.It will give some advises when you want to select somewhere to invest in residential real estate.
