摘要
在水泥体系下研究了磷渣的粉磨特性和化学外加剂对磷渣的活性激发效果。研究表明:三乙醇胺具有明显的助磨和活性增强作用,其较佳掺量为磷渣的0.05%,在此基础上,复配掺加NaCl、FeCl3、Na2SiO3、Na2SO4、NaNO2等化学外加剂,也能产生早强作用,其中尤以NaCl的作用效果最为明显,其较佳掺量为磷渣的2.0%。
The ground characteristics of phosphorus slag and activation of chemical admixture to phosphorus slag activity were studied. Result of the study shows： grinding and activity can be significantly improved with the help of triethanolamine, it was better for 0.05% of phosphorus slag; on this basis, mixed with sodium chloride, ferric chloride, sodium silicate, sodium nitrate, chemical additive, etc., the early strength can also be improved, especially sodium chloride, It was better for 2% of phosphorus slag.
