心理干预对冠心病介入术后抑郁障碍的影响

Effect of Psychological Intervention on Postoperative Depressive Disorder Via Coronary Heart Disease Intervention

目的:了解冠心病介入诊疗患者的心理状态,探讨心理干预对冠状动脉介入诊疗术后抑郁改善的效果。方法:采用Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)对115例接受冠脉介入治疗的冠心病患者进行抑郁障碍调查评分。将115例患者随机分为干预组和对照组,在手术前后对干预组患者进行心理干预,对照组常规治疗。结果:术前干预前两组患者抑郁发生率、SDS评分无显著差异。心理干预后干预组的抑郁障碍较对照组有明显改善,SDS评分分别为(36.54±4.25)和(46.17±6.42)(P<0.01),对照组手术前后抑郁发生率无明显变化。结论:对照组冠脉介入术后抑郁障碍发生率为35.8%,与术前比较差异无统计学意义,心理干预可以有效减轻冠脉介入治疗患者的抑郁障碍。

Objective：To understand psychological condition of patients treated by coronary heart disease intervention,discuss effect of psychological intervention on postoperative depressive improvement via coronary heart disease intervention.Methods：115 cases of coronary heart disease patients were done investigation and grading of depressive disorder using Zung SDS.115 cases of patients were random divided into intervention group and control group,of which patients of intervention group were treated by psychological intervention and control group was treated conventionally.Results：Depression incidence and SDS grading of the two group patients were no significant（P〉0.05） using psychological intervention of preoperation;while incidence of depression disorder was obviously improved that of postoperation,compared to control group,grading of SDS were 36.54±4.25 and 46.17±6.42（P〈0.01）,respectively,depression incidence was no obvious change in pre-and postoperation.Conclusion：Depression disorder incidence of control group via coronary heart disease intervention was 35.8%,and there was no significant compared to preoperation,while psychological intervention could effectively relieve depressive disorder of patients via coronary heart disease intervention.
