摘要 介绍了空气锤气室结构和工作原理,提出了空气锤工作的关键点是后气室与活塞的能量积聚和前气室向井底的能量释放。从气室结构参数、钻头尾管尺寸参数、气缸与活塞之间的间隙3个方面分析了泡沫钻井用空气锤的工作性能,并提出了保证空气锤泡沫钻井的调整方案,对空气锤钻井技术应用于泡沫钻井具有参考价值。 The air chamber structure and the work principle of air hammer are introduced,two key points of air hammer which are the energy storage of third air chamber and piston and energy liberation of first air chamber to bottom hole are proposed;From the three aspects which are the air chambers design parameters,the drill bit liner and the gap between components in air chambers,the operating performance of air hammers used in foam drilling is analyzed and also the possible processing plans in oil field to guarantee air hammers' normal operating performance are proposed.All of these can be helpful in foam drilling used air hammers in oil field.
