摘要 考虑潜油电泵机组连接螺钉的预紧力和通过弯曲井眼产生的附加轴向力,推导了弯曲井眼内机组连接螺钉强度计算公式,并采用有限元法进行了数值模拟,模拟结果与理论公式计算结果误差均小于2%,验证了理论公式的正确性,为弯曲井眼内机组连接螺钉强度分析提供了计算公式。 Considering about the electric submersible pump unit's connection screw's pretightening force and axial force which produced through the curved hole,unit connection screw strength analysis formula in curved hole was derived.Moreover,finite element method was used for numerical analysis on unit's four major component's stressful condition.The formula results had less than 2% difference from the theoretical formula results.The results confirmed the accuracy of this formula,and provided a reliable formula for the connect screw's strength analysis of pump unit in curved hole as well.
