持久性化学改进剂铱用于电热原子吸收光谱法测定水中痕量铅 被引量:1

Determination of trace amounts of lead in water by electrothermal AAS with iridium as permanent chemical modifier

摘要 目的:研究持久化学改进剂铱在电热原子吸收光谱法测定水中痕量铅中的应用。方法:用铱作为持久改进剂处理石墨平台,考察了灰化温度、原子化温度及各项分析性能指标,并与NH4H2PO4+Mg(NO3)2、PdCl2常规改进剂比较。结果:采用铱作持久改进剂,电热原子吸收光谱法测定水中铅,灵敏度高且背景信号值低,较低的原子化温度可延长石墨管使用寿命。相对标准偏差RSD值(n=7)在0.6%~3.2%之间,样品加标回收率在93.2%~104.5%之间,检出限为0.4μg/L,特征质量为1.5 pg。结论:该方法准确、灵敏、简便,完全符合痕量元素分析要求。 Objective:To determine trace amounts of lead in water by electrothermal AAS with iridium as permanent chemical modifier.Methods:After the surface of the graphite platform was treated with iridium,pyrolysis temperature curves and atomic temperature were compared with conventional modifier such as NH4H2PO4+Mg(NO3)2 and PdCl2.Results:The graphite platform coated with iridium was proved to have higher sensitivity,lower background signal,lower atomic temperature and longer service time.With the use of iridium,RSD(n=7) obtained was in the range of 0.7%~3.8%,and its recoveries were in the range of 93.4%~101.8%.Detection limit of lead was 0.4 μg/L and the characteristic mass of the method was 1.5 pg A.Conclusion:This method is accurate,simple and sensitive.
