摘要
目的:建立工作场所空气中铍(Be)、钒(V)、铬(Cr)、锰(Mn)、钴(Co)、镍(Ni)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、钼(Mo)、镉(Cd)、锑(Sb)、钡(Ba)、铊(Tl)和铅(Pb)14种金属及其化合物同时测定的方法。方法:以微孔滤膜采集工作场所空气中的金属及其化合物,20 ml 2 mol/L的HNO3溶液作为消解液,电热板上加热消解样品,电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)进行分析。结果:整个方法的检出限可以满足测定的要求,精密度0.93%~5.54%,回收率在91.51%~101.9%之间,测定标准参考物质的分析结果令人满意。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确并且灵敏度高,可用于工作场所空气中多种金属及其化合物的同时检测。
Objective:To develop a method for simultaneous determination of 14 elements and their compounds in workplace air with ICP-MS.Methods:The metals and their compounds collected by micro porous filter membrane were digested on the heated board with 20 ml 2 mol/L HNO3 solution and determined by ICP-MS.Results:The detection limit was good,the RSD 0.93%~5.54%,recoveries 91.51%~101.9%.The results of analyzing standard material were satisfactory.Conclusion:This method is simple,sensitive,accurate and suitable to determine 14 metals and their compounds in the workplace air simultaneously and rapidly.
