一元制剂固体二氧化氯消毒剂的杀菌性能观察

Observation on germicidal property of monophyletic preparation of solid chlorine dioxide disinfectant

目的:了解一元固体二氧化氯消毒剂的杀菌性能。方法:采用悬液定量杀菌试验和现场消毒试验方法进行了实验研究。结果:含二氧化氯30 mg/L该消毒剂溶液对悬液内大肠杆菌作用5 min,杀灭对数值均大于5.0。含二氧化氯200 mg/L该消毒剂溶液对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌作用10 min,杀灭对数值均大于5.0。用含200 mg/L二氧化氯消毒液擦拭消毒桌面,作用20 min,对物体表面自然菌的平均杀灭对数值为1.40。用含30 mg/L二氧化氯消毒液浸泡消毒黄瓜,作用10 min,对黄瓜上污染的大肠杆菌的杀灭对数值各样本均≥3.00。结论:该二氧化氯消毒剂对细菌繁殖体有较好的杀灭效果。

Objective：To know the germicidal property of monophyletic preparation of solid chlorine dioxide disinfectant.Methods：Suspention quantative germicidal test and field disinfection trial method were used to carry out experimental study.Results：The killing logarithm values of Escherichia coli in suspension exposed to the disinfectant solution containing chlorine dioxide 30 mg/L for 5 min were 5.0.The killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus in suspension exposed to the disinfectant solution containing chlorine dioxide 200 mg/L for 10 min were 5.0.Wiping the table surface with the disinfection solution containing chlorine dioxide 200 mg/L for 20 min were 1.40.Immersion cucumber contaminated by artificial bacteria with the disinfection solution containing chlorine dioxide 30 mg/L for 10 min were ≥3.0.Conclusion：The chlorine dioxide disinfectant has good efficacy in killing vegetative forms of bacteria.
