Determination of bromate in drinking water by gas chromatography

摘要 目的:建立简便、快捷、准确的测定饮用水中溴酸盐含量的气相色谱测定法。方法:通过衍生化将水中的溴酸盐转化成溴丁酮,经大口径的DB-1毛细管柱分离后用电子捕获检测器(ECD)检测,根据峰面积用标准曲线法定量。结果:溴酸盐含量在0.0040~0.080 mg/L范围内线性关系良好。方法的最低检出限为4.9×10-4mg/L。RSD为2.9%~4.9%,加标回收率为92.1%~100.0%。结论:本法操作简便、快捷,灵敏度高,线性范围宽,精密度和准确度令人满意,适合饮用水中溴酸盐含量的检测。 Objective:To establish a convenient,quick and accurate method for the determination of bromate in drinking water by gas chromatography.Methods:After bromate was derivatized into bromomethylethylketone,the derivatives was detected with ECD after separated with DB-1 capillary column.Quantification was done through standard curve method.Results:Linear range of the method was 0.0040~0.080 mg/L.Detection limit of the method was 4.9×10-4 mg/L with RSD of 2.9%~4.9%,and recoveries of 92.1%~100.0%.Conclusion:The method is simple,sensitive,precise and accurate.With wide linear range,It is suitable for determination of bromate in drinking water.
