石墨管涂钽-塞曼效应电热原子吸收测定工作场所空气中钡

Determination of barium in air of workplace by zeeman AAS with tantalum-coated graphite tube

摘要 目的:建立石墨炉原子吸收测定工作场所空气中钡的方法。方法:微孔滤膜采集工作场所空气中的钡,经超声洗脱后用涂钽石墨管电热原子吸收测定。结果:用涂钽石墨管可以有效地消除形成碳化物的影响和记忆效应。方法的测定范围为0~100μg/L,回归方程A=0.00235 c+0.0327,r=0.9997;检出限2.5×10-11g,最低检出浓度0.003 mg/m3;平均洗脱效率〉94%;相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.6%~4.1%。结论:本方法适用于工作场所空气中钡的测定。 Objective:To establish a novel method for the determination of barium in workplace air by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.Methods:The sample was collected by microporous membrane and eluted by ultrasound.And the contents of barium was determined by Zeeman-GFAAS with tantalum-coated graphite tube.Results:The interference and memory effect of carbide-forming were eliminated dealing with the tantalum-coated graphite tube.The determination scope of the method was 0~100 μg/L.The regression equation was A=0.00235c+0.0327,r=0.9997.The detection limit and minimum detectable concentration of this method were found to be 2.5×10-11 g and 0.003 mg/m3 respectively.The RSD of the results was in the range of 2.6% to 4.1% with an average elution efficiency more than 94%.Conclusion:This method is suitable for the determination of barium in workplace air.
