Determination of aluminium in flour products by microwave digested-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrmetry

摘要 目的:建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定面制食品中铝的方法。方法:样品经微波消解后用ICP-MS测定。结果:ICP-MS法的方法检出限为0.425 mg/kg,相对标准偏差〈1.5%,加标回收率在95.2%~101.2%之间,对标准物质的分析结果满意。结论:ICP-MS法简便、灵敏、准确、干扰少、重现性好,适用于面制食品中铝的测定。 Objective:To establish a method for determination of aluminium in flour products by microwave digested-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Methods:The samples were digested by microwave and the aluminium in the digest detected by ICP-MS.Results:The detection limit of the ICP-MS method was 0.425 mg/kg.The RSD was lower than 1.5%.The recoveries were in the range of 95.2%~101.2%.The results of detection of standard reference materiel were satisfactory.Conclusion:This is a simple,sensitive and accurate method with few interference and good reproducibility.It is suitable for determination of aluminium in flour products.
