测定多粘菌素B对泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的最小抑菌浓度 被引量:3

摘要 目的:通过研究多粘菌素B对泛耐药不动杆菌的体外抗菌活性,为临床治疗、控制感染提供依据。方法:对已经上机鉴定的100株泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌进行多粘菌素B的药敏E-试验。结果:100株鲍曼不动杆菌对多粘菌素B的MIC值均≤2 mg/L,MIC值分布情况为0.25 mg/L 7株、0.38 mg/L 35株、0.5 mg/L 42株、0.75 mg/L 9株、1.0 mg/L 6株、1.5 mg/L1株。结论:多粘菌素B对泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌具有良好的抑菌效果,临床可根据微生物实验室检测结果与本地区用药特点相结合,控制剂量,将多粘菌素B合理应用于泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的临床感染。 Objective:To study the antibiotic susceptibility of Polymyxin B on Pan-drug resistance Acinetobacter baumannii.Methods:The antibiotic susceptibility of polymyxin B for 100 strains of Pan-drug resistance Acinetobacter baumannii by E-test mothed.Results:The distrubution of minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of Polymyxin B for 100 strains of Acinetobactet baumanii as follows: seven strains to be 0.25 mg/L;35 strains to be 0.38 mg/L;42 strains to be 0.5 mg/L;9 strains to be 0.75 mg/L;6 strains to be 1.0 mg/L;1 strain to be 1.5 mg/L.Conclusion:The antibiotic of Polymyxin B on Acinetobacter baumannii is significant.
