2003~2008年患儿血培养检出病原菌的分布及耐药性分析

摘要 目的:为了解我院患儿血培养检出病原菌的分布及耐药性分析。方法:血培养用BacT/Alert3D血培养仪培养,用VITEK60全自动微生物分析仪鉴定病原菌,K-B法做药敏。结果:随着标本量的增加,阳性率逐渐减少,标本量从8678例上升到14402例,阳性率从4.56%下降到3.04%。凝固酶阴性的葡萄球菌(CNS)是主要检出病原菌,其次是腾黄微球菌、伤寒及沙门菌属。结论:CNS是引起败血症的主要病原菌,苯唑西林耐药凝固酶阴性的葡萄球菌从78.9%上升到88%,对此类菌引起的感染宜首选万古霉素、力奈唑烷、利福平、喹奴普汀?达福普汀。医生必须与护师及检验技师加强联系,根据临床作出正确判断,从而选择合适抗主素。 Objective:To study children blood culture of the pathogen distribution and antibiotic resistance analysis in our hospital.Methods:Blood was cultured in BacT/Alert3D of Bio-Merieux of france.The clinical isolates were identified by VITEK-60 of Bio-Merieux of france.Antibiotic susceptive test was done by kirby-bauer method.Results:With the increase in the number of specimens,to slow down gradually in positive rate of less,specimen volume increased from 8678 cases to 14402 cases.The positive rate dropped to 4.56 percent from 3.04 percent.Coagulase-negative staphylococci(CNS) is a major pathogen detection,followed by micrococcus luteus,typhoid and salmonella.Conclusion:CNS is the main pathogen causing septicemia,Oxacillin-resistant coagulase-negative staphylococci increased by 78.9% from 88%,Curing infections caused by of these bacteria.Quinupristin/Dalfopr,vancomycin,rifampicin,and Linezolid should be the first choice.Doctors and nurses and inspection must be to strengthen links,make the right to determine the basis of clinical,in order to choose the right anti-Su-owners.
