乌鲁木齐地区性工作者衣原体和支原体感染的血清流行病学调查

Seroepidemiological Study on Infection with Chlamydia trachomatis,Mycoplasma hominis and Mycoplasma genitalium in Commercial Sex Workers in Urumqi

目的探讨乌鲁木齐地区性工作者中沙眼衣原体(Ct)、人型支原体(Mg)和生殖支原体(Mh)病原体感染情况及流行特征。方法采用间接血凝试验方法进行检测。结果乌鲁木地区性工作者中,3种抗体阳性率分别是28.91%,15.63%和12.50%,显著高于健康人群(P<0.01);性工作者经常合并感染Ct,但Mg和Mh感染也常见。结论性工作者是感染Ct,Mg和Mh病原体的高危人群,在防治性传播疾病工作中应特别予以重视;性工作者可合并感染上述1～3种病原体,而健康人群仅见一种病原体,因此诊断性传播疾病时要注意支原体和衣原体混合感染的可能性。

Objective To determine infection condition and epidemiological feature of Chlamydia trachomarls （ Ct）, Mycoplasma hominis （ Mh ） and Mycoplasma genitalium （ Mg ） in commercial sex workers in Urumqi. Methods Indirect hemagglutination was taken to carry out detection. Results In commercial sex workers in Urumqi, positive rate of three kinds of antibody was 28.91%, 15.63% and 12.50%, respectively. It was significantly higher than that of healthy groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Commercial sex workers usually had concurrent infection with Ct, and also frequently infected with Mg and Mh. Conclusions Commercial sex workers were usually the high risk group to infect with Ct, Mg and Mh. So attention should be paid to the group in controlling sexually transmitted diseases. There is concurrent infection with the three pathogens in commercial sex workers, while only one pathogen can be found in healthy people. Possibility of concurrent infection with mycoplasma and chlamydia must be considered in diagnosis of sexually transmitted diseases.
