摘要 介绍了宝山钢铁股份有限公司钻杆技术的最新发展。从理论研究方面,叙述了钻杆加厚过渡区失效分析与有限元分析的研究成果。在质量的持续改进方面,介绍了材质的纯净度、韧性、内加厚过渡区Miu长度、直度等钻杆关键技术指标的改进情况。在新产品开发方面,介绍了BGDS高抗扭钻杆、NC52非标钻杆、抗硫钻杆等新产品的开发与使用情况。 The paper deals with the latest development of the drill pipe technology in Baosteel. Elaborated are the research achievements concerning failure analysis and FE analysis of the drill pipe upset transitional section from the theoretic research point of view. Also described is the continual improvement of the product quality, involving improvements on the critical technical indexes of the drill pipe, including cleanness and toughness of the material, Miu length of the internally-upset transitional section and the straightness, etc. Moreover, new product development is introduced, covering the development and application of some new products like the BGDS high torque drill pipe, the NC52 non-standard drill pipe and the sour service drill pipe.
