摘要
越来越多研究显示晚期糖化终产物受体(RAGE)与其配体反应在炎症及免疫反应中起重要作用。RAGE作为一种模式识别受体表达于树突状细胞、淋巴细胞、单核巨噬细胞和内皮细胞等多种细胞表面,介导非特异性和特异性免疫应答,参与多种炎症免疫性疾病的发生和发展。本文就RAGE对树突状细胞和淋巴细胞成熟及其功能的影响,探讨RAGE在特异性免疫过程中的作用。
There is a growing body of evidences showed that the reaction of receptor for advanced glycation end products(RAGE) with it's ligands was important in inflammatory and immune response. As a kind of pattern-recognition receptor, RAGE expressing on dendritic ceils, lymphocyte cells, mononuelear macrophage and endothelial cells, mediates innate immunity and specific immune response, and participates in many inflammatory or immune diseases. This article principally reviewed the effects of RAGE on dendritic cells and lymphocytes, explored the influence of RAGE on specific immune response.
