摘要
介绍了中国石化海南炼油化工有限公司大型原油卸油管线,处于静止状态时,由于日晒时间长,原油受热膨胀,管线压力上升,有可能造成管线憋压、泄漏的风险;处于输油动态状态时,若出现原油罐入口电动阀故障关闭等意外事故,也可能造成管线憋压、泄漏的风险,属于本质不安全。因此,提出并实施了新型防憋压技术,保证了原油卸油管线的本质安全。
The operation of large crude oil Co. , Ltd is introduced. When the pipeline is unloading pipeline of SINOPEC Hainan Refining & Chemical in static condition, there may be potential risks of pressure build-up and leakages due to the pressure rise in the pipeline as the result of long-time heating by the sunshine and expansion of crude oil. When the pipeline is in the dynamic state, the pressure build-up and leakages can also occur during the emergency shut-down of the electric valve at the inlet of crude oil tanks. A new pressure build-up prevention technology has been proposed and implemented and intrinsic safety of the crude oil unloa- ding pipeline has been ensured.
