摘要 缺血性卒中占所有卒中的87％。随着全世界范围内卒中医疗诊治的发展，医疗卫生人员和机构被号召实施最新的循证医疗措施。美国心脏协会／美国卒中协会（The American Hear tAssociation／American Stroke Association，AHA／ASA）组织了一个多学科医疗卫生专家组，旨在对急性缺血性卒中（acute ischemic stroke，AIS）的处理进行一次具有实践意义的全面论述。本文针对护理及相关医疗卫生人员，对其在AIS患者护理中的作用及责任进行教导。
