有关专家分析长江流域洪涝灾害原因时提出5个重要方面的原因,其中流域植被遭到严重破坏和湖泊面积减少是深刻的原因。通过反思提出“要象抓水利那样抓林业”。只有抓好植树种草,才是解决水土保持问题最根本的措施。要采取强有力的措施加快林业发展。

Experts analyzed the main reasons of Yangtz River watershed,and put forwards to five key problems,among which vegetable serious damages and lost of lakes are the most important reasons.After rethinking,the experts suggested that we should consider water management and forest resource management equally.If we manage vegetable well,we can solve soil erosion problems,in the meantime,postion,policy and investment issues of forestry development should be kept.
