基于“工作过程导向”校企合作模式下高职院校师资队伍建设的探讨

The Construction of the Teams of Teachers in Higher Vocational Schools Which is Based on the "Work Process-Oriented" School-Enterprise Cooperation Mode

高职院校基于"工作过程导向"校企合作人才培养模式下,对教师提出了新的要求,以保障其人才培养质量。文章就目前高职院校在基于"工作过程导向"校企作合模式下师资队伍建设存在的问题进行了剖析,并提出了一些解决的对策和措施。

Based on ＂the work process-oriented＂ school-enterprise cooperation in personnel training mode, vocational schools require the teachers to ensure their quality of personnel training. This article analyzed the problem on the construction of the teams of teachers in higher vocational schools which is based on the ＂work process-oriented＂ school-enterprise cooperation mode and also put forward some measures and solutions.
