摘要
前秦是"十六国"时期北方最为强盛的政权之一,但他的强盛只是昙花一现。笔者认为这与他推行的氐族本位政策有关。该政策不仅体现在前秦政权组成人员的比例上,还体现在对其他民族的歧视和压迫之举措中。
Former-Qin is one of the most powerful and prosperous northern powers during the period of ＂sixteen nations＂. However, this is just a flashing pan. The author thinks that this is linked to Di nation＇s policy of departmental selfishness that they pursued at that time, which is enbodied not only in the proportion of the members of Former-Qin power, but in its measures to discriminate and oppress other nationlities.
