Trade barrier falling, both domestic and foreign firms are encountered with a fast -changing economic environment. This paper, starting with explaining the meaning of trade liberalization, mainly concerns with how home industry can respond to the challenges posed by trade liberalization and the implications of liberalization of international trade for multinational companies seeking opportunities for location.
