正丁胺基罗沙替丁乙酸酯对胃溃疡大鼠胃液分泌的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究正丁胺基罗沙替丁乙酸酯(BRA)对幽门结扎型胃溃疡大鼠胃液成分的影响。方法:采用幽门结扎法制备胃溃疡模型,测定大鼠溃疡指数及胃液分泌量。结果:BRA组溃疡指数、胃液、胃酸分泌量明显降低,胃蛋白酶活性也降低(P<0.01)。结论:BRA对实验性胃溃疡有促进溃疡愈合、保护胃黏膜的作用。 Objective:To study the effects of Butylamine Roxatidine Acetas (BRA) on gastric juice excretion in rats with the pyloric ligation ulcer. Methods:The pyloric ligation ulcer models were prepared,then the ulcer index and gastric juice secretion of rats were determined. Results:The ulcer index,gastric juice and gastric acid secretion of BRA group were decreased,and the pepsin activity was significantly reduced (P0.01). Conclusion:BRA shows effects of promoting ulcer healing and protecting gastric mucosa on experimental gastric ulcer.
