血清胱抑素C、超敏C-反应蛋白在2型糖尿病并发症中的意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨血清胱抑素C(CysC)及超敏C-反应蛋白(hsCRP)联合检测对糖尿病患者早期慢性并发症的临床诊断价值。方法:采用全自动生化分析仪测定65例2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者(DM组)和50例正常健康人(对照组)的CysC与hsCRP含量。结果:DM组血清CysC和hsCRP水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),血清CysC在DM组的特异性高于hsCRP,但敏感性不如hsCRP。CysC和hsCRP呈明显正相关(r=0.631,P<0.05)。结论:CysC及hsCRP是糖尿病早期肾病和并发心血管事件的敏感指标,联合检测可以提高敏感性和特异性。 Objective:To investigate the early clinical diagnosis in the chronic complications of T2DM patients with com bined detection of serum CysC and hsCRP. Methods:Serum CysC and hsCRP levels were determined in 50 normal healthy people (control group) and 65 patients with T2DM (DM group) with automatic biochemical analyzer. Results:Serum CysC and hsCRP levels of DM group were significantly higher than the control group (P0.01),serum CysC of DM group had a higher level of specificity than hsCRP,but less sensitive than hsCRP. CysC and hsCRP was positively correlated (r=0.631,P0.05). Conclusion:CysC and hsCRP are sensitive indicators in early diabetic nephropathy and cardiovascular events,the combined detection can improve the sensitivity and specificity.
