对我校药学生药剂学基本技能考核的分析

Analysis on students' basic skills examination in pharmaceutical department in our college

近年来,我校教师根据学校要求及实际工作需要,对每一届即将实习的学生进行了基本技能考核。通过考核发现操作中的薄弱环节,针对薄弱环节,有计划、有步骤地对学生进行强化训练,教学效果好,受到学生和实习单位的一致好评。

In recent years,the basic skills examination is held in each session of students before their clinical practice in the pharmaceutical department in our college,according to the actual need of work and college requirements. Through the examination,some weak links are found in the operations. To aim at these weak links,intensive training is carried out step by step in a planned and systematic way. The teaching effect is good and highly praised by students and our teaching practice hospital.
