华法林治疗下肢深静脉血栓27例疗效观察

Clinical observation of Warfarin in the treatment of 27 cases of lower limb deep venous thrombosis

目的:华法林治疗下肢深静脉血栓的疗效及副作用。方法:经彩色多普勒超声确诊为下肢深静脉血栓的27例患者,在治疗原发病基础上加服华法林2.5～5mgqd,治疗下肢静脉血栓,并定期复查国际标准化率(INR)和彩超。结果:痊愈6例,显效5例,有效9例,总有效率为74%,仅有1例出现鼻出血。结论:华法林治疗下肢深静脉血栓简便易行、安全有效,值得临床推广。

Objective：To observe clinical efficacy and side reaction of wakfarin in the treatment of patients with lower limb deep venous thrombosis. Methods：27 cases diagnosed by color Dopper ulerasound for deep venous thrombosis took Warfarin 2.5-5 mg qd on the base of treating the primary affection and periodically reviewed international normalized ratio （TNR） and color doppler altrasound. Results：6 cases healed,5 cases were significantly effective,9 cases were effective,the tatal effective rate was 74%,only 1 case appeared epistaxis. Conclusion：Warfarin treatment of deep venous thrombosis is simple and convenient,safe and effective,so it is worth to be popularized.
