摘要
目的:探讨洁净手术部感染控制管理措施,有效地降低手术部位感染率。方法:回顾2006～2008年在手术室各项感控管理措施;同时对手术中细菌动态变化进行监测。结果:3年中Ⅰ类手术切口感染率逐年在大幅度降低。结论:手术部感染控制关键是建立"全过程控制"概念及制定有效的管理措施。
Objective： To explore the measures regarding the infection control and management in hospital clean operating room so as to effectively reduce the infection rates of surgical site. Methods： The measures regarding infection control and management in operating room from 2006 to 2008 were reviewed, and the dynamic changes of bacteria in surgery were monitored. Results： Within the three years, the infection rates of class I incisional wound operations were significantly reduced per year. Conclusion： The pivotal issues of infection control in operating room were to establish ＂full process control＂ and develop effective management measures.
