摘要
目的:描述护理人员经历的伦理问题,分析影响护理人员经历伦理问题的因素。方法:采用改良的Fry和Duffy的伦理问题量表(Ethical Issue Scale)对上海市7家不同等级医院的903名护士进行调查。结果:护理人员最常经历的伦理问题依次为人员配备不足对病人造成影响、对治疗的知情同意、保护病人的权利和尊严等。护理人员的教育程度、职位和所在医院等级是影响他们经历伦理问题的因素。结论:护理管理者应增加与护士的对话,发展支持系统,制定、修改护理人员配备政策,为临床护理人员营造有利的伦理氛围。
Objective: To analyze nurses' experiences on ethical issues and explore the related factors. Methods Totally 903 nurses from 7 hospitals of different levels were investigated by modified Ethical Issue Scale which was developed by Fry and Duffy. Results: The most frequent ethical issues reported by the nurses included influence of understaffing on patients' care, informed consent, and how to protect patients' rights and human dignity. Nurses' education level, position and level of hospitals they from were related factors. Conclusion: Nurse Managers should create an ethical environment for nurses by improving communication, developing a support system, and optimizing nurse staffing policies and procedures.
