摘要
毕业实习是护理专业人才培养的一个重要环节,建立科学、规范、可操作的毕业实习管理模式与质量控制体系是提高高职护理教育质量的重要途径。我院以ISO9000认证的理念,从加强组织管理、制定规范化管理文件、强调过程管理、强化信息收集和反馈制度,体现"持续改进"原则等方面构建毕业实习质量控制体系;以ISO9000认证的理念,改革实践教学模式,建立质量控制标准,实现实习管理目标化,质量控制科学化,质量考核标准化,有效地提高了护理专业毕业实习质量。
Graduation practice is an important part of training for nursing students. Establishing scientific, standardized, and practical management model and quality control system is an important way to improve the quality of vocational nursing education. Based on the concept of ISO9000 accreditation, we built the quality control system of graduation practice by strengthening the organization management, setting up standard management documents, emphasizing process management, enhancing information collection and feedback system, embodying ＂Continuous Improvement＂ principle, and so on. After we modified practical teaching model and quality control standard, we achieved goal-oriented management, scientific quality control, and standardized quality evaluation. Meanwhile, the quality of graduation practice effectively improved.
