案例导入与问题设置教学法在《护理管理学》教学中的应用

The Application of Case Introduction and Question Placement Teaching Method in Nursing Management course

目的:探讨案例导入与问题设置教学法应用于《护理管理学》的教学效果。方法:将学生分为实验组和对照组,分别运用案例导入与问题设置教学法和传统教学方法,比较两种教学法的教学效果和学生的满意度。结果:两种教学法在激发学生学习兴趣、提高学生解决问题能力、培养学生创新性思维和团队合作精神等方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。

Objective： To explore the effects of the case-introduction and questionplacement teaching method in Nursing Management course. Methods： The students were divided into experimental group and control group. The case-introduction and questionplacement teaching method was implemented in experimental group, while waditional teaching method in control group. The effects and students＇ satisfaction were compared between these two groups. Results： There were several significant differences between these two groups （P 〈0.01）, such as the level of the students＇ learning interests, their problem-solving skills, their creative thinking and team-work spirits, etc.
