摘要 目的:探索现阶段适合医院护理质量管理的理念。方法:针对当前护理人力资源总量不足的现状,通过对全面质量管理的利弊分析,提出病人满意为护理的最高质量观点并初步调整和实施相应的管理策略。结果:整合了护理人力资源,提高了护理质量和病人满意度。结论:病人满意质量观是质量管理创新的重要途径,顺应医疗卫生改革的发展方向,是护理管理者应该具备的重要理念之一。 Objective: To explore the appropriate idea which can direct today's nursing quality management. Methods: Based on the insufficient nursing human resource condition, by analyzing the advantage and disadvantage of total quality management, the author proposed an idea that the purpose of nursing quality management was obtaining highest patient satisfaction, then adjusted the management methods and implemented them. Results: The management methods integrated nursing human resource, improved nurse performance, nursing quality and patient satisfaction. Conclusion: The patient satisfaction quality idea is an important innovation for nursing quality management and complies with medical revolution. It is one of the important ideas which nursing managers must have.
