The first change is about the economic cooperative style between mainlandand Macow, the author holded that instead of ultilization, the reaction of eachother should be rational for the differences are getting small. The second changeis on the government organism in economy. Macow should abandon the nongover-nmental economic system and improve the vigor of government organization.And the third change is that industry structure should be developed in diversifi-cation.
