价值链深度分解、外包网络与企业的核心能力——以医药业为例

The Deepening Disassembly of Value Chain,Outsourcing Network and Core Competency——a Study of Pharmaceutical Industry

全球化和知识经济的发展推动了R&D活动的分散化和价值链的深度分解,并使一些行业生产研发的组织模式发生了重大变革。本文以医药行业为例,着重分析价值链深度分解条件下,外包网络与企业核心能力之间的关系。结论是全球化与行业知识构成的演化改变了医药业价值链上部分环节的性质和地位,外包网络的构建与管理不仅是大型医药企业培育核心能力的新途径,同时,作为一种战略资源,外包网络本身成为企业核心能力的重要组成部分。

As the result of globalization and the development of knowledge economy, the R＆D activities is becoming more dispersed and the global value chain （GVC） is keeping deepenly disassembled. This paper makes an analysis on the relationship between outsourcing network and the core competency of an enterprise by a study of the pharmaceutical industry. The conclusion is that the characteristics and status of some parts of GVC changes along with the process of globalization and knowledge evolvement of pharmaceutical industry. Not only the conformation and governance of the outsourcing network has become one of important means for the giant pharmaceuticals to cultivate their core competency, the outsourcing network itself has turned into the main component of core competency.
