摘要 In the early 198Os, a lot of HongKong manufacturers transfered their pro-ceeding procedure into Zhujiang (in mainland)in a remarkable scale to seek an ad-vantage on low cost. And in 199Os, the economic special z0ne has developed to acertain degree under which industry structure sh0uld be adjusted. Hence some la-bor intensive industry businesses began t0 move to the other area in mainland.This article gives us the authors research on the two similar procedures.
